Phase I

The master plan for Starling includes five themed parks offering residents a variety of choice for recreation and gatherings. Natural stone monuments will welcome residents and visitors to Phase I of Starling, which will include 236 single and multi-family homes along with a lush neighborhood park and walking trails.
